Guarantee Policy
At Noll Kod, we stand behind the quality of our components, expertly built computers, and meticulous services. This guarantee policy outlines your rights and our commitment to resolving any issues efficiently.
1. Guarantee Periods:
- New PC Components and Gaming Computers (with new components): We provide a one (1) year Noll Kod guarantee from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Additionally, the manufacturer’s warranty for individual new components also applies.
- Used PC Components and Gaming Computers (with used components): We provide a six (6) month Noll Kod guarantee from the date of purchase against defects that were present at the time of sale and affect functionality under normal use.
- Services (Computer Building and Deep Cleaning): We provide a thirty (30) day Noll Kod guarantee from the date of service completion, ensuring the work was performed to a professional standard.
2. Scope of Guarantee:
- Our guarantees cover faults that existed at the time of delivery or service completion. They do not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- External factors (e.g., power surges, environmental conditions).
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections (for used items, those disclosed at purchase are excluded).
3. Making a Guarantee Claim (RMA Process):

- We will assess your claim and may request further information or images to understand the problem.
4. Resolution of Guarantee Claims:
- If your claim is justified, Noll Kod will, at our discretion and in accordance with Swedish consumer law, either:
- Repair the product.
- Replace the product with an equivalent item (new or used, depending on the original item).
- Offer a partial or full refund.
- For new components, we will initially aim for repair or replacement, aligning with manufacturer guidelines where applicable.
- For used components, the resolution will depend on the nature and severity of the fault.
5. Timeframe for Claims:
- You should notify us of any defect within a reasonable time after you discover it. For non-obvious defects, notification within two (2) months of discovery is always considered timely.
6. Handling of Claims with Manufacturers/Service Partners:
- In some cases, guarantee claims for specific new components may be handled directly by the manufacturer or an authorized service partner for faster processing. If this is the case, we will provide you with the necessary contact information and instructions.
- Failure to follow these instructions and sending the item directly to Noll Kod when manufacturer handling is required may result in a handling fee.
- Please note that when a manufacturer or service partner handles the claim, their terms and conditions will apply.
7. Important Considerations:
- Labels and Warranty Stickers: Do not remove any labels or warranty stickers from the product, as this may void the guarantee.
- Data Loss: When returning storage devices for guarantee claims, data loss may occur. It is your responsibility to back up any important data before sending the item. Noll Kod is not responsible for any lost data unless otherwise mandated by Swedish law. In such cases, our liability is limited to direct losses and excludes indirect losses such as lost profits or recovery costs.
- Physical Damage, Liquid Damage, or Improper Use: If the fault is found to be caused by physical damage, liquid damage, or use contrary to the product’s instructions, your guarantee claim will likely be rejected.
8. No Fault Found:
- If a returned product is tested and found to be without fault, or if the issue is due to user error not covered by the guarantee, we may charge a reasonable fee for testing and handling.
9. Incorrect or Insufficient Fault Description:
- When submitting a guarantee claim, please provide a clear and detailed description of the fault. Vague descriptions such as “doesn’t work” or “dead” are not sufficient and may lead to delays or a handling fee.
10. Smartphones and Tablets:
- For guarantee claims on pre-owned smartphones and tablets, or where Noll Kod handles the claim directly, any security features such as “Find my Phone” must be disabled, and all accounts and passwords must be removed. Failure to do so may result in a handling fee and the item being returned without further processing.
Submitting a Guarantee Claim:
Please ensure the product is securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging with all original accessories. Clearly mark the package with the RMA number provided to you when you initiated the claim. Send the package to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Noll Kod is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
We strive to process all guarantee claims efficiently and will keep you informed of the progress via email. You may also be able to check the status of your RMA through our website (if applicable).
Your statutory rights under Swedish consumer law are not affected by this guarantee. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your legal rights.
Purchase Policy
By making a purchase from Noll Kod, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ordering:
- Orders can be placed through our website (if applicable), email, or phone.
- All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your order details.
2. Pricing and Payment:
- All prices are in SEK and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change, but the price at the time of order confirmation will apply.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the purchase process.
- For custom builds or large orders, prepayment may be required.
3. Delivery:
- Delivery times are estimates. We will aim to deliver within the stated timeframe.
- Shipping costs will be specified at checkout.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. Inspect the goods immediately upon arrival and report any visible damage to us and the carrier.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt):
- As a consumer, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. This starts upon receipt of the goods.
- To exercise this right, you must clearly notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- The goods must be in substantially the same condition as when received and in their original packaging if possible. You are only permitted to handle the goods to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and function.
- You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from excessive handling.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-built computers or other goods made to your specific requirements, sealed software/media that has been opened, and other exceptions as per Swedish law.
- Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
5. Complaints (Reklamation):
- You have the right to complain about defective goods under Swedish consumer law.
- Notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after discovery (within two months is always timely).
- For consumer purchases, you can complain about original defects for up to three years from purchase. Used goods may have a shorter complaint period.
- If a product is faulty, we will repair, replace, offer a price reduction, or refund the purchase price, as appropriate.
6. Incorrect or Damaged Goods Upon Arrival:
- If there are discrepancies between your order and what you received, or if the goods arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via phone or email.
- For concealed damage, notify us within five (5) days of receipt.
7. Governing Law and Disputes:
- These policies are governed by Swedish law.
- Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts. Consumers can also contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for resolution.
